Old Moon

OMC 1 is of the models of the product section -Old Moon. This simple to operate equipment comes with powerful 10 kW induction with 1500C maximum working temperature, and automatic control mode triggered by "RUN" button. In an enclosed and oxygen-free system, melting process is carried out under protective inert gas to minimize alloy oxidation. The IVM 100 model in the offering comprises SS made flask chamber, swing arm, mixing chamber and pour valves. The control panel allows to set the speed and direction of mixing fan as well time for vacuum. The IVM 10 model is an easy to operate and maintain system with a fast cycle time. Using a control panel, the speed and direction of mixing fan can be set, along with the time for vacuum. The mixing procedure can be set either automatically or manually.
